Stuart Page<\/a><\/h3>

Stuart Page founded and oversees all aspects of Wynfield Capital Partners\n(WCP). Prior to forming WCP, Stuart compiled close to a decade worth of\ninstitutional experience in real estate investments while working as an\ninvestment banker and investment sales professional. During Stuart\u2019s career,\nhe has participated in over $850,000,000 of institutional quality real estate\ntransactions and is highly familiar with the local economic markets within\ndozens of major metropolitan areas. Stuart manages the underwriting,\ncapital formation, due diligence and contract negotiation of all WCP\nacquisitions.

Stuart has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the\nUniversity of North Texas and an MBA from Pepperdine University.\nAdditionally, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is\nactive in his North Texas chapter.

Dallas Beck<\/a><\/h3>

Dallas Beck is a real estate investment principal and partner of Wynfield Capital Partners. Known for his underwriting creativity and data-driven approach to investing, he has consulted for or partnered on more than $700 million of transaction value since 2017.

As a student of the global recession, Mr. Beck\u2019s corporate career began with Goldman Sachs in 2013 as a credit risk professional. He implemented a number of regulatory-driven policies to better protect the firm\u2019s corporate loan and mortgage balance sheets and mitigate downside exposure through hedging products and swift securitizations. This approach to \u2018reduce risk while making the firm money\u2019 shaped his career as he transitioned away from debt deals to equity deals in 2017.

He joined The Rainier Companies in Dallas, TX early 2017 where he was responsible for identifying, underwriting, and asset-managing value-add deals across the multifamily, retail, and industrial sectors. He was instrumental in implementing the firm\u2019s joint venture relationship with an international REIT for starting and growing the firm\u2019s retail portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the U.S. Mr. Beck holds a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Troy Sanders<\/a><\/h3>

Troy Sanders is a recent college graduate from the University of North Texas where he majored in Entrepreneurship and Finance. After graduation, Troy went into financial advising and gained licensing and experience with liquid investments. He also has a background in residential real estate investment through a software development venture aimed to aid other investors and those interested in wholesaling single-family properties.\n\nTroy is actively involved in the WCP\u2019s capital markets and due diligence effort\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
